The Naturopathic medicine principles are based upon treating each person as an individual and treating the whole person. As Naturopaths, we are trained to seek the underlying cause of disease, rather than merely suppressing a client’s symptoms.

Alongside healing our clients and improving overall wellbeing, there is a strong emphasis on education and prevention. At the end of the day, our wish is that you’re able to prevent future illnesses. Therefore, with each session you will receive information about lifestyle and nutritional modifications which will assist in improving your health and preventing any future illness.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION

This session is a revision of your previous consultation. We will monitor your progression, revise your treatment plan and update any new test results.

INITIAL CONSULTATIONS

This is an in-depth consult, which focuses on a holistic health assessment, looking at your main health concern, your health history, family history, dietary analysis, iridology and other relevant physical examinations. This assists in the development of a comprehensive treatment plan which you will receive, alongside any necessary prescriptions and referrals.

NUTRITION
ANALYSIS

A nutrition analysis involves an in-depth analysis of your diet. This is an excellent opportunity to address and highlight any nutritional deficiencies using dietary changes or supplementation. You will receive a nutritional report after the session. This is only available for clients who have had an initial consultation.

CONSULTATION FOR COUPLES

This is ideal for optimising your fertility, fertility issues, or any health plans you wish to do together – a great way to keep each other motivated and ensure each partner is on the same page.

ACUTE
CONSULTATION

This consult is perfect if you need a quick prescription for acute conditions including cold and flu, allergies, emotional support, period pain, bronchitis and sinusitis. This is only available for clients who have had an initial consultation.
