By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms). Together with our Privacy Policy, these Terms form the whole of the agreement between you and Hummingbird Naturopathy in respect of your use of this website, including any purchases made through this website. You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms and, if you do not agree with them, you should cease using this website.

On this website you may find blog posts, articles, guides or instructions, hints and tips. This information is provided solely for your education and to assist you in understanding the topics of health.

If you read something that doesn’t sound right to you, please contact me to discuss it. Furthermore, the information that is supplied is general, and not tailored to specific circumstances. The entire content on this site is mine, unless otherwise acknowledged. I reserve the right to modify this website and the information provided on it at any time, including altering or deleting it without notice. 

Services: Online bookings are available via cliniko (Link above). Bookings for consultations can additionally be made by telephone during business hours on (03) 9576 3110 or 0407 525 946, or by email ro sophie@hummingbirdwellness.com.au

Pricing: you agree to pay the fee that is published on our website, at the time of making your booking or after your consultation.

GST: All prices for services are in Australian Dollars and include GST if applicable.

Product purchasing: After your consultation, I may suggest the purchase of a product, or multiple products. You are in no way forced to purchase these products, they are merely a recommendation. The payment for products must be made at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: Hummingbird Naturopathy has a strict cancellation policy. Consultations can be altered or cancelled by telephone during business hours on (03) 9576 3110 OR 0407 525 946. We require 24 hour’s notice for appointment changes or cancellations. If less than 24 hours is given, we will charge you, and you agree to pay, 50% of the full fee (Cancellation fee). You acknowledge and agree that the Cancellation Fee represents a reasonable estimate of the loss we will suffer as a result of your cancellation.

Refunds for Services: Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for services that have been provided to you. If you are unsatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us to provide your feedback.

Risk: You are solely responsible for determining whether the services provided to you are suitable for you.

Refusal: During the course of providing our services to you, we reserve the right to refuse any request that we deem inappropriate, unreasonable or illegal. You may additionally refuse any service within your consultation if you do not feel comfortable.
