Hunger curbing protein balls!
These bliss balls are an all-time favourite of mine. Not only are they easy to make, but they’re the perfect guilt free snack to have on the run or when you’re feeling that 3pm slump!
This recipe is high in much needed protein, which will help to provide energy for the remainder of the day. The protein will also curb off any potential sugar cravings as it helps to regulate your blood sugar levels – stopping you from reaching for a chocolate bar!
There’s additionally lots of magnesium due to the cacao which will provide you with some nervous system and musculoskeletal support. Magnesium additionally helps turn glucose into energy, enabling you to work and go about your day with increased energy, clarity and focus.
